The shafts, inner bypass bodies, piston, and valving were redesigned giving the shock much improved control and ride characteristics\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a plush ride on the street, a progressive feel though the changed bypass zones, and an overall incredible ride both on and off road. Bypass zones and valving on the bypass tubes have been redesigned to allow it to ride soft on rough roads while still maintaining the ability to take larger hits without blowing through shock travel. We moved from the standard Fox 8 port piston to their 9 port race piston for better control. The piston valving has also been changed to give it a much more linear feel. They also feature both low speed and high speed compression allowing you to dial in the feel that you are looking for.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEveryone who has ridden on this shock gets out and immediately asks, “what did you do to the shock package, it feels like nothing I’ve ever experienced” This is because it is a mass market shock designed by Fox’s head race shock tuner.
